In the Spiritan Tradition,
faithful to our missionary charism, and living
out of the Duquesne University Mission Statement,
Spiritan Campus Ministry seeks to foster an intense,
active and vital spiritual life among Duquesne
University students as they define and internalize
their values and beliefs about God and the world
around them–values and beliefs that will
shape their lives. We encourage each individual
to play his or her role within the local community
and beyond. We seek to provide opportunities for
Duquesne University students to encounter the
Risen Christ in the poor and the marginalized,
and to offer hope to those less fortunate than
ourselves. We seek to foster an atmosphere of
respect and to celebrate the diverse cultures
and faith traditions that make up our Duquesne
University Community.
