Interview with Provost Ralph Pearson
On March 6, 2002, the Service Learning News sent Dr. Uhuru Hotep, a.k.a. Dr. Regi Newton, associate director of the Michael P. Weber Learning Skills Center, to interview Dr. Ralph Pearson, Duquesne's new provost and academic vice president.

Office of Service-Learning
The Office of Service-Learning (OSL) was established in 2005 to support the needs of faculty members, community partners, and students involved in community-based learning.

School-Based Outreach Activities
All the Duquesne schools operate their own unique outreach programs and services. These activities represent a great part of outreach at Duquesne.

Center for Teaching Excellence
Duquesne University's Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) was founded in 1989 to promote excellence in teaching at all levels, from beginning graduate teaching assistants to senior faculty scholars.

Gumberg Library
The Gumberg Library's primary mission is to support the teaching, learning, and research of Duquesne students, faculty and staff.
