Small Business Development Center

Duquesne University's Small Business Development Center provided
research and technical assistance to the Hill Community Development
Corporation to aid in the implementation of the Strategic Plan for the
Hill Business District. The Center and Corporation established
research capabilities to (a) assist in recruitment of businesses to locate
in the Hill business district, (b) refine the research on the types of
businesses which can provide needed services to the community and can
provide moderate opportunities for employment, and (3) assist in
identification of potential investors or partners.
